We know that to sell commercial law services effectively you need to get face to face with prospective clients and build relationships; Albion Direct Sales is an effective method of doing just that.

It works very simply – we provide lead generation sessions as and when you feel you may need them. We make appointments for nominated individuals within your firm to attend meetings with those companies for whom you wish to act. This saves costs and the hassle of trying to do this in-house.

We advise you on the approach you should take and the services you may wish to sell. We help train members of staff to sell your products at these appointments and teach them how to manage new client relationships once they have been established.

Why it works

  • We monitor all our callers to ensure they are reliable and that they achieve consistent results.
  • All calls are conducted in a polite and non-aggressive manner and must follow an agreed script to ensure appointments are made with the right contact.
  • The caller is supplied with prospective client data in accordance with your preferred size of company, industry sector and geographical location.  This data will satisfy the regulations relating to the Telephone Preference Service and will be conflict-checked with you prior to being used.
  • All calls will be made by a single employee who will be approved by you and who will be fully briefed on your firm's background. 
  • Before any calls are made we arrange for test calls to be made to you so you can check that the person making the calls meets your required standards.
  • Immediately prior to a session, the caller will contact your relevant fee-earner to determine availability. Appointments will be made on a preferred time in the following week. Where this is not possible, the appointment will be arranged at convenient time within 4 weeks of the session.
  • Clear sales pipeline and contact notes are maintained and can be supplied to you if required.
  • If a prospective client requires a follow-up call or literature details will be paased to you accordingly.

The Agreed Script

The campaign is scripted to generate leads by offering free audits on Commercial Contracts, Employment Contracts and Internet Policies. We have found this to be extremely effective in securing worthwhile appointments and business from remedial work. In the current economic climate, where commercial contracts are likely to be tested, putting these in order should be a high priority. Once that relationship is established we will help ensure it is maintained, protected and built upon.
