Following the success of the Employer Protection Scheme, and to meet the demands of our more proactive law firms, we are now able to offer a similar insurance model to transfer the risk of regulation, compliance and litigation costs away from the balance sheet of your commercial or charitable clients.  This is now an embedded part of the Albion Legal Support plan and gives firms a unique edge against competitors when trying to retain and win new commercial clients.

In basic terms, you can subscribe to a facility that appoints you as a claims handler on behalf of insurers for the following sections of legal expenses cover - either in combination or in isolation as you require.

Contract Disputes and Debt Recovery 

Your client they will be covered for the costs of litigation and the inurers will pay you for handling their contractual disputes or bad debt situations under this scheme.
